Founding member of the Deloitte’s Connecticut Data Quality and Integrity practice which focused on increasing the value and efficiency of financial statement audits through the delivery of computer assisted audit tests. In this capacity I was responsible for the oversight of all data analytics and reporting, fraud detection, data mining, project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, quality assurance, project development, resource development and training, practice-wide management, recruiting, hiring, client relationship management, as well as regional and national leadership initiatives.

For a statewide government ERP implementation, I simultaneously managed the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and IT Development project teams comprising 20 resources in total. For this project, heavily focused on data warehousing and data governance, objectives included the maintenance and enhancement of existing system functionality, a software upgrade and the roll-out of additional software modules. My management responsibilities for these efforts included budget, timelines, staffing, risk analysis/mitigation, security, deliverable quality assurance review, roll-out, production support, usability, performance and implementation of data validation procedures.

ERP Implementation Specialist; Data Quality, Conversion and Interface Lead- Developed system architecture design and maintenance controls to facilitate database management and software upgrade strategy.- Prioritized and coordinated the conversion, interface and report development efforts of an 8-10 member technical team.- Responsible for developing conversions, interfaces, and reports for several functional areas utilizing SQL, SQR, PeopleCode, PeopleTools and Crystal/Query.- Designed and facilitated the implementation of all application security for eight modules.
