Mr. Manoly has worked within the clinical research industry since 1998 and has joined Rho as of September 2024. In his previous position, Mr. Manoly’s primary responsibilities included overseeing the Project Managers and Project Directors assigned on clinical studies or clinical programs in the analgesic therapeutic area. Key experiences are within empowering assigned PDs/ PMs to lead and direct global cross-functional teams and manage client expectations to achieve client satisfaction as well as managing the day to day activities of clinical trials. Therapeutic area experience includes Analgesia, Rheumatology, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology.Through his tenure in clinical research, Mr. Manoly has held appointments as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Clinical Manager II, Clinical Manager, Senior Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Data Scientist and Document Management Coordinator. He is experienced with EDC, IxRS, eDevices, Study Management systems and is familiar with DEA rules and regulations.
