Mark Marshall, Director, is the global lead of Problem Management, a service management department within Blackrock Financials Services Aladdin Organisation. Problem Managements core objective is to analyse critical incidents to determine the root cause & underling problems and coordinate changes to prevent reoccurrence. Prior to joining Blackrock in June 2015 Mark held the position of Infrastructure Services Project Manager at Menzies Distribution LTD (Part of John Menzies PLC). The Position involved planning, coordinating, evaluating and implementing infrastructure services which were used by over 4500 employees.Initially specializing in end user services the role grew to all areas of IT Infrastructure (Including I.T Security, Networkng and Datacentre).This leadership role included managing internal and external resource including employees, system owners, suppliers, technical engineers and senior managementMarks Key achievements include Managing Menzies Distributions Desktop and Server Replacement Project, Integration of Subsidiary Infrastructure, Cloud Email Migration and Implementation of Print Managed Service.
