In my role at Open Lending, I work with credit unions who are focused on serving, "the underserved." within their community/market. With my 20+ years of experience, I consult with financial institutions that are focused on the value of helping members achieve financial security. Our Lenders Protection product is designed to help lenders say "Yes" to more loans while allowing customers to take full advantage of doing business with their local credit union. My team is passionate about determining solutions that effectively manage loan delinquencies, provision for loan losses, and we are an expert in mitigating loan portfolio risk.

Key point of contact with assigned credit unions continually enhancing and building upon the overall business relationship through new sales, retention, account growth, and increased product penetration. I manage a cross-discipline National Accounts sales team that is responsible for growing and maintaining over $23 millions dollars in annual revenue year over year.

I am currently responsible for successful account coordination and project management. To include collaborating with account team to develop sales territory plans, while effectively maintaining relationships with organizations and associations that support insurance/service needs within the credit union industry.

I was responsible for managing the West Regions operations and company strategy to increase sales productivity. Managed 16 sales support staff, located in six satelite offices throughout the West Coast. Lead and influenced Corporate Administration Standards to include; budgets, technology, corporate meetings and events, new product solutions, and service standards.

Consulted credit unions to help them achieve their strategic goals. Developed new business and managed existing business with credit union partners.
