Born and raised in Seattle, I started at EY in 1995 as a staff accountant and until June 2019 was Assurance Partner with responsibilities over our Growth Markets practice as well as our Entrepreneur Of The Year® program in the Pacific Northwest. In July 2019 took a leadership position in our Capital Markets team in South America and in July 2022 was named Capital Markets Leader for LATAM based in São Paulo Brazil. Over the last 29+ years, I have served clients in the technology, high tech manufacturing, aerospace, life sciences and retail/distribution industries. I have extensive experience with multinational account coordination and have a wealth of experience on public filings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, review of complex revenue transactions, IT system changes, launch of online sales channels, mergers and acquisitions and implementation of internal controls for rapidly growing companies. I have also worked in our London/Cambridge England offices focused on the growth markets for several years. I graduated magna cum laude from Western Washington University and am accredited in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
