Experienced Operations Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the aviation and aerospace industry. Skilled in Value Stream Mapping, Process Control, Aircraft Maintenance, Manufacturing, and many other Lean Manufacturing tools. Strong manufacturing analytics background with a Bachelor's Degree focused in Aeronautics and Safety from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide.Currently I'm working to integrate the delivery and installation of rate tooling and equipment for use in the Composite Wing Center's production system by bringing together our Operations teams and our Equipment/Tooling Engineering teams. Previously I worked to analyze and develop manufacturing processes for Boeing's new Composite Wing Center's production of 777X wings. Part of this work is safely integrating Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) into the production system for a variety of tasks, including part and tool delivery between work cells. Along with these responsibilities I also provide Lean consulting and coaching to individuals and work groups.

Provided consulting, training and expertise in lean strategies, methodologies, and tools to achieve business goals and objectives for 787 Dreamliner manufacturing operations. Proficient in Accelerated Improvement Workshops, Value Stream Mapping, Production Preparation Process (3P) and 5S implementation.

Provided analytical metrics, training and problem solving techniques in an effort to improve Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention processes by employing 5S and Tool Control methodologies. This effort helped to ensure nothing foreign was left on the aircraft throughout the value stream. Worked as a liaison for Boeing with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on high profile incidents when necessary.
