My career has been diverse, including mining, hospitality and banking, but the significant proportion of it has been working as a client delivery manager for IT outsourcing organisations, including the two global leaders, Accenture and HP.This involved supporting large-scale enterprise solutions, directly via the outsourcer as well as vendor management of other outsourcing and services companies as part of complex application and infrastructure delivery solutions.My roles included program, project and hands-on delivery responsibilities covering enterprise applications, infrastructure and BPO and included management of onshore and offshore teams. My responsibilities required a significant focus on service management process design and implementation.As a result of the nature of my service delivery roles, I have highly developed conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills.But now I am GM of a Timber Flooring Company, so go figure!
