Maintenance Coordinator
CurrentRoutine generation of work orders, PM’s and reports via EAM and PeopleSoft software applications.Maintenance of active work in progress, including creating new, modifying, and closing work orders and PM’s, as necessary.Capture and log data for work orders and PM’s, including tracking downtime hours, reason for failure, reasons for outage, labor hours, and parts used on the job.Work directly with vendors to order spare parts or purchase materials via phone, fax, e-mail, PeopleSoft or online ordering systems; may schedule services, as needed, and as directed by the supervisor.
