I have been in the oil & gas field on drilling rigs for 14 years. Later started in directional running steering tools, building drilling motors for a few years. Then started operating MWD tools while directional drilling as a trainee at night. I did well site consulting after that and started current job as a field service coordinator. I really like the service end of the directional business. I like teaching directional hands, training rig drillers how to run the drilling motors, and filling in for drillers to take up slack for the high demand and shortage of drillers. I do my best to keep cost down for the oil companies and do the very best job at the same time.
