Currently I co-ordinate & manage resources from various business units such as property finance relationship managers and experienced property lawyers in both Great Britain and Northern Ireland in delivering due diligence on a multi billion pound portfolio of loansPreviously I completed end to end review of existing Business Support functions in UK to create a new Business Operating Model and deliver all new associated processes relating to the servicing and administration of specific migrated loans.I also delivered a structured customer contact programme for the Retail & Commercial Units with the aim of increasing value per customer in each unit.
