I spent over 3 years working in EY's Strategy and Transactions department, providing both buy-side and sell side due diligence services to clients in a number of sectors (Aircraft leasing, TMT, Financial Services) , working on everything from mid-market deals and above. I was fortunate to have worked on a number of significant transactions including BOIs €427m acquisition of J&E Davy and the $6bn debt restructuring of the worlds largest regional aircraft lessor, Nordic Aviation Capital.
