I started work in the PetroChem Industry during my summers off from College. I trained in several trades, as required to garner employment. I spent several years in the piping trade and was fortunate enough to learn all trades associated with this craft. My next step was being promoted as a field forman overseeing the fabrication and installation of various piping and transfer systems. I soon became a General Superintendent over several crafts, assuring code conformance, quality, safety and production. My next step up was to Project Manager where I marketed work, bid and oversaw scheduling and cost. Seizing an opportunity, myself and one other started a very successful open shop Industrial construction company for the owner of an existing union shop. I then proceeded to start my own company with great success, untill 9-11. i was doing several government and other military facilities and was forced to put off or delay work. I closed this company and started an Industrial contracting business for an existing Industrial insulation company, which was also very profitable. I left there to pursue another company of my own, I concentrated on the oil drilling and well fracturing industry with what I feel was an enormous success. I have been involved with all phases and types of the Industrial construction business, from astronautics, nuclear power, petrochem, food, sand, paper and many other projects. My duties ranged from bid, contract, scheduling, purchasing, labor, construction, billing and completion.
