We have facilitated international growth through the establishment of new offices, established a Digital Workplace team and built a robust cybersecurity practice with investments in Threat Intelligence, IAM, SIEM tooling, Vulnerability Management, and a Security Operations Centre. Tasked with the delivery of a new operating model to support the company’s global expansion of investment capabilities and developing an IT platform strategy and strategic roadmap in the wake of the Global Financial Crisis. I managed a team of 35 along with 30 technology specialists assigned to the Business Transformation Project, introducing transformational improvements to the company’s risk-management, operations and reporting regimes. I implemented a productivity program with more than 200 improvements that enabled us to take on a large number of new clients, embedded a customer service culture that delivered the company’s highest customer satisfaction scores globally, and recruited for depth and leadership potential to provide significant bench strength.
