Currently employed with the Royal Australian Air Force.Current job description is Network Technician (NETECH) previously Communications & Electronics Technician (CETECH). I have served for 8 years, and my experiences are as follows:- As Maintenance Manager & Trade Supervisor I am responsible for:o The Safety of people & equipment. I do this by the use of risk decision briefs and risk management tools.o Planning, briefing, executing and Debriefing on all corrective and preventative maintenance tasks. o Exercise planning and execution (RF frequency plans, briefing leaders, engineering requirements, contingency planning, equipment management, accountability, satellite topology, authorisations and manning)o Understanding of capability and how we fit in the grand schemeo Stakeholder engagementso Most of all leading a team of 14 personnelOther skills and experience:- Networking and Internet Protocol (IP)- AMACCS Radios- MILSAT- Hawkeye TLT-L & TLT-M- Tactical Data Links- Electrical Integrity Testing- Sensitive documentation handling- Experienced in government and defence practices.- Represented the ADF on many occasions - Certificate 3 in Electronics and Communications- Diploma in Project Management -
