Asia Business Strategy And Operations Manager
As Asia Business Manager, I continued to oversee finance and operations while also leading numerous transformative projects in the subsidiary. The most successful of the project was the development of a specialized ecommerce website focused on electronic component import into China. This involved me effectively managing order fulfillment, optimizing logistics processes, streamlining accounting procedures and devising as a successful GTM strategy. Furthermore, I built on my previous accounting reforms by bringing Supplyframe’s Asia business to full SOX compliance in preparation for a potential IPO. This was achieved through the seamless integration of an ERP system, facilitating greater financial transparency and control. During a company restructuring and downsizing, I collaborated closely with mangers to realign employee compensation, redesign job focuses and create new KPI that are inline with the new goals of the company. This strategic approach not only boosted employee performance but also increased job satisfaction in the workforce. In addition, I implemented and championed the use of data analytics tools across our websites, boosting all relevant performance metrics with data-driven decisions. My team grew to 8 direct reports which handled all accounting, finance and HR matters in the company, totaling $40M in revenue.
