- Manage the day to day Project Plan for 1500 tasks- Coordinate requirements gathering and development of 50+ interfaces between SAP and other downstream systems using MQSeries. - Develope Functional Specs, Interface Test Plans, and coordinate UAT testing with multiple teams within the company- Oversee Go-Live Support - track and initiate enhancement requests for ABAP development.- Prepare and present numerous presentations before Technical Review Board, Corporate Purchasing, and Corporate Finance

- Implementation Team Lead for SAP 4.6C for GL, SPL, AR, AP, FA, CO/PA, Legal Consolidations, Business Trip implementation in US, Canada, Germany, UK, Nordic and Italy using ASAP methodology. Implemented and managed cutover activities for this 2 year project- Configured GL, AR, SPL, CO/PA, Consolidations, Italian VAT taxes and International taxes for US, Germany, UK, Canada, Netherlands, Italy. Prepared testing and training materials, and performed on-site training classes and go-live support. - Team Lead for FI Euro Conversion of GL and all reports – Jan 2000- Configured multiple SAP modules for 3 additional companies purchased by Unigraphics Solutions, adding 3000 employees and 600 million in revenue - Gather requirements, configure, test and implement Help Desk requests and enhancements.
