FRAG consists of operations in the United States, Brazil and Europe encompassing three businesses and several brands manufacturing, assembly and distribution with revenues ranging up to $265 million. Provided oversight of accounting, reporting, adherence to company policy, budget/forecasting, internal control environment, capital deployment, performance management and decision support analysis.  Completed sale process of underperforming business returning capital to the owners. Successfully implemented ERP system for the North American agriculture attachments business integrating processes with the global company while reducing overall back-office infrastructure costs. Rationalized manufacturing space reducing footprint and direct costs while returning capital to the owners through sale of facility.

Acquired 2011 by Blount Internationl, Inc.The company manufactures and distributes a full line of tractor attachments and replacement parts for the agricultural, rural lifestyle, grounds maintenance, and off-highway construction prime mover markets through independent dealers and repair shops with revenues ranging up to $250 million.Provided oversight of information technology operations and platform in addition to all accounting and financial functions of the company. Managed human resources, payroll, benefits and compensation for seven-month period of transition.  Partnering with the CEO and owners, grew revenue organically while strengthening profitability leading to successful marketing and sale of the business twice. Spearheaded recapitalization of company in advance of cyclical downturn significantly reducing the investment risk of the owners. Lead company through periods of margin pressure implementing actions to mitigate cash flow risk including negotiation of sale-leaseback of manufacturing facility.

Oversaw all accounting and financial functions of the company while directing the support of all business units.  Partnering with the CEO and owners, restructured the company and successfully completed an exchange offer sustaining Woods market position through change of control event and taking the company private.

Focused on strategic planning, decision support and analysis, senior management and owner reporting, performance analysis with corrective actions and due diligence processes as company restructured into business units. Drove significant growth by leveraging acquisitions leading to successful sale of the business. Partnering with the CFO, successfully completed public debt offering to support additional acquisitions. Supported public filing (SEC) compliance requirements associated with public debt.

Directed all accounting and financial functions including supervision of monthly close and consolidation process, collection of accounts receivable, supervising accounts payable, monthly reporting for senior management, lender and owner, monthly forecast update, annual preparation of budget, decision analysis, completion of annual audit, risk management, preparation of tax projections and annual tax return and all treasury/debt administration. Led finance team through business system upgrade, streamlining practices, improving timeliness and relevance of information shared covering four acquired companies and six manufacturing facilities. Developed and implemented direct variable costing methodology for lean manufacturing environment providing more visibility to the relative profitability of product lines for improved decision making.
