My passions, Technology and helping people, meet together in my career. I have 17 years of experience of providing IT support to organizations. For the last 16 years, I have managed 2 special needs school systems. I receive help with higher level issues, such as complex server or networking issues, but am independent in resolving day to day IT issues. Some of my daily tasks involve creating, deleting, and managing exchange accounts, on a hosted exchange server, repairing laser jet printers, working with IP based phones, working with windows 7/8/10/11 issues or office 2007/2010/2016/2019 MS Office issues, and resolving network problems. Other tasks might be working with Active Directory on Windows Server 2012/2016 on DELL Poweredge Servers, working heavily with DELL hardware, working with DELL Aruba/Aerohive wireless access points, as well as working witih smartboards/promethean boards.My passion to help people extends past my profession, to volunteering at both a hospital, and a prison. Further, I have two young sons, that I care for, with my loving wife.
