Global responsibility for managing the commercial and operational relationships between the company and more than 30 global airline and freight forwarder partners located across 28 countries. In conjunction with the CEO, developed and implemented sales and marketing strategy. Negotiated and deployed global customer and supplier agreements. Directed customer support operations and reverse logistics requirements including air charter procurement. Extensive involvement in an FAA licensed, ULD manufacturing and repair facility.

Responsible for global product and business development of branded, high-yield, specialty air cargo products. Accountable for all phases of sales and marketing activity including brand strategy, sales force and operational interfaces and training. Sustained evaluation of the business for continuous quality improvement opportunities.

Directed all product development, sales and marketing activity as the U.S. general sales agent for United Airlines Cargo. Designed and executed a comprehensive management strategy for a staff of five inside and outside sales managers, three shared-resource team members, ad agency interactions, and a six-figure marketing budget.

Field Sales-Responsible for full line selling in an ATL field sales territory. Region special projects as assigned. Managed adjoining territory during extended vacancy. CS Supervisor-Managed day-to-day operations and a staff of 22 in the ATL non-migrated call center.Tracing Lead-Managed customer tracing inquiries from initiation through resolution. Provided supervisory back up for management.Inside Sales Rep-Maintained existing business and developed incremental business from customers in a 7 state region from the Tempe call center. Referred qualified opportunities to the field level.
