Directed initiation and execution of business-critical projects in collaboration with internal teams under tight timelines and budget constraints. Held financial and resource oversight of capital engineering projects including construction of a 350,000-square-foot Greenfield Distribution Center comprising deployment of A-frames, cold storage, DEA-approved secure vault, OSR goods-to-person system, and auto-induction of totes/orders released to WMS; completed project under budget by $3.1M from an established $22M material handling budget. Managed all facets of the closing of a distribution center including decommissioning of conveyor systems, removal of cold storage, deconstruction of vault, and deploying to other network facilities on-time and under budget by $250K. Designed and retrofitted a pharmaceutical distribution center for an animal health facility including installation of a new packaging and order check system, commissioning a new conveyor system, and expanding cold storage.
