CurrentIn my role, I digest tender documentation and visit sites to understand construction methodologies and constraints. I identify risk areas and considerations for all submitted tenders, contributing to risk management and proposing mitigating actions.I prepare tender programs, highlighting critical dates, key material order dates, and lead-in periods, and communicate with supply chain specialists to confirm suitable methods and schedules. Additionally, I prepare tender scaffold and temporary works schedules, provide advice.I investigate and suggest alternative construction methods, prepare site logistical plans, site setup drawings, construction method statements, and quality question responses for tender bids. I manage my time and workload efficiently to meet deadlines, proactively informing the Managing Director of any potential issues. I also assist in preparing pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and attend various meetings, including adjudication, technical, client, and project meetings as needed.
