Serve as primary liaison between various stakeholders on both the Pathfinder and Starfinder brand teams. Coordinate between internal and external creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging for both roleplaying games. Work with licensors and marketing teams to maximize the immersive nature of Pathfinder and Starfinder, ensuring content from both games adhere to standardized setting continuity, visual styles, and multifaceted brand strategies. Maintain public- and private-facing databases to ensure continuity between various stakeholders, and to provide easily digestible overviews of key brand identifiers to customers and potential business partners, including the crowdsourced PathfinderWiki and StarfinderWiki and Paizo-hosted Pathfinder and Starfinder rules reference documents.

Manage fantasy roleplaying game material from concept to publication including project outlining, freelancer management, development for game rules/setting continuity/general readability, editing, coordination with other departments including art and web team, and follow-up errata and FAQ with the community after book release.

Administer crowdsourced continuity wikis supporting both the Pathfinder and Starfinder Roleplaying Games from Paizo, Inc. Coordinate with volunteer administrators and content editors (dubbed "chroniclers" after the in-world characters with the same title) to catalogue both fictional narrative elements and real-world encyclopedic content on relevant people, companies, events, and publications. PathfinderWiki was recognized with the 2012 Gold ENnie Award for Best Website, and received a nomination in the same category in 2011.

Provide full-service support to video productions, including single-camera, multi-camera, grip & electric, crewing, post-production services.

Maintained now-defunct movie review website with a staff of 6 part-time authors.
