With over 20 years post qualification experience as an FCCA, I have looked to specialise in taking responsibility (as either CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller or equivalent) for the entire “back office” functions, predominantly in the SME market. In addition, I have also taken a very active commercial role with a focus on the associated income streams and reporting lines accordingly. As can be demonstrated by the different sectors I have worked in I am highly adaptable and have the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders. As well as being able to work independently (specifically with regards to highly confidential matters), I am also extremely motivated by developing both my team and individuals so as to enable and assist the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives. With strong communication skills I have a track record of maintaining robust systems and delivering improved reporting within each role undertaken, so as to provide all levels of the business with the most relevant information to allow key business decisions to be made.
