• Working as senior Linux writer, creating and editing online user documentation for a highly technical audience with FrameMaker and DITA

• Creating PHP and MySQL-driven database applications for infrastructure projects
• Developing a “Get Started” product user interface for an Eclipse-based development environment, using pure CSS and JavaScript
• Preparing non-structured documentation authored in Frame for topic-based conversion to DITA

• Contract writing for the cell phone industry. Projects included:
• Writing and editing cell phone strings for the 2007 Kyocera wireless line, including on-phone software menus and information text,
• Creating a style guide detailing requirements for writing cell phone menus and information text,
• Evaluating the DOORS management system (similar to AuthorIT),
• Creating templates to automatically format development specification documents in DOORS.

• Contract writing for SQL-centric database management solutions. Projects included:
• Writing and editing a complete documentation suite for Offer Optimizer, a web-centric database frontend application for the Teradata Application Platform, including FrameMaker user and administration guides, and.
• Rebranding existing product documentation to create new FrameMaker user guides and WebWorks online help for the Teradata Master Data Management product suite.

• Contract writing and training development for operational and engineering processes. Projects included:
• Writing and editing over 500 ISO manuals and process maps for various hardware and software manufacturing processes,
• Creating an HTML-based training class for using Sun StarOffice for writing Sun-based ISO manuals,
• Revamping existing writing guidelines as part of an editorial team,
• Creating templates and user guides for ATS+, Nebula, and BITS training classes,
• Documenting data conversions for ATS+ software engineers,
