As Head of Physical security, overseeing a team of physical security professionals, I am highly security conscious, with a drive to create a security culture that engages coworkers to keep security and safety front of mind. Time in the British Army has given me a good grounding and base for leadership and confidence, while 20+ years of leadership experience in several Global IT corporations, both in warehouse and distribution roles and as a leader of 250+ technical and non technical coworkers has given me a unique and wide ranging set of skills and valuable experiences. Proud to play a part in growing a team of 6 technicians and a revenue of £100kpa to 100 technicians and leadership colleagues, with revenues in excess of £5mil in 2022.Passionate about engagement, well-being (as a well-being champion and MHFA trained)Winner of CDW Presidents achievement award and several CEO awards.
