Originally from Oklahoma and have lived in 8 different states. Have been coaching for over 20 years at all levels of football. Worked as a strength and conditioning coach for more then 10 different organizations between college and the NFL, both as a director and an assistant. I've been extremely lucky to have worked with some of the brightest and best coaches in the industry as well as countless amazing/unforgettable players both on and off the field. Professional life has been a journey and I wouldn't want in any other way.
