I have been practicing law for over 22 years in a wide variety of practice areas. Some of these areas include business entity formations and corporate compliance and governance. I have practiced in other areas of law such as family law, civil litigation, real estate law, bankruptcy, and estate planning. I have developed advanced skills in legal research, drafting of memoranda on differing legal subjects, preparing reports and drafting effective legal correspondence.I have also become adept at drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of complex legal issues. I am a team player and successfully have worked with not only staff and other members of my firm, but with opposing counsel in reaching a wide array of agreements on a very wide variety of legal subjects. I love to use my imagination and creativity in solving legal problems that other attorneys have not been successful at resolving. I enjoy riding classic street motorcycles, snow skiing and learning foreign languages.
