CurrentICRMS works with P/C affinity insurance groups, public enity pools, self insureds and small to medium P/C carriers. Services include claims and underwriting auditing, performance reviews, qualitative-quantitative analysis by core operations, strategic planning services, information technology assessments and RFP's development, TPA operations review, contract-policy wordings drafting and insurance operations enhancements. Mark is responsible for providing all core services to clients with the ICRMS team. Client base is nationwide from Boston MA. to Seattle WA. to Austin TX to Anchorage AK. To date ICRMS has worked with 92 public Entity Pools across the country in 26 states. We have also worked with colleges, many private clients and 15 admitted insurance carriers ranging from A IV to A XI undertaking merger and acquisition analysis, strategic planning services and claims audits. Services to Pools also include specifications development and assistance in finding replacements TPAs and brokers. We have audited over 45 different TPAs around the country.
