• Design, develop, and test fluidic cartridges based of client requirements.• Take projects from initial concepts to production level designs. • Assist clients in transferring to contract manufacturers. Generate transfer documents for contract manufacturers like 2D drawings, Bill of Materials, 3D CAD, and assembly procedures and protocols.• Design and test benchtop instruments for quick testing of fluidic cartridge. Instruments designs consists of: rapid thermal cycling fixtures to prove material compatibility, PCR, and fluidic design, Fluidic manifolds to confirm device end to end functionality.• Design and develop injection molded devices with the assist of manufacturing partners.

• First article inspection on company products i.e. heatsinks, vapor chambers, housings, etc• Quality control for any engineering change order or non-conforming parts• Review 2D production drawing and 3D CAD model using GD&T to find best manufacturability

• Assisted in teaching the youth with basic understanding of engineering using courses offered in the camp• Used block diagrams as a base to help the youth understand the basic concepts of programming to aid them create a robot using Arduino as a base. • Introduced basic concepts of engineering innovations based of many different fields• Aided the youth in creating go karts using basic construction materials such as wood and screws while teaching them how to use basic tools such as power drills and saws. • Emphasized on safety and accurate measurements for lifelong learning
