 Report to President of GIC to develop and implement strategic direction which will support aggressive growth initiative of company P&L responsibility for 50% of company’s business which includes 20 branches in the U.S and Canada Responsible for growth and effectiveness of 3 Regional Vice Presidents. This includes but is not limited to coaching, education and personal development which will increase knowledge, perspective and profitability. Provide direction to all levels of company with products, accounts receivable, sales and inventory. Support growth initiative through key personnel additions, new products and markets, and improved vendor network.  Played key role in growth of GIC from 18 branches and $55milion in revenues to 40 branches an over $160 million in revenue currently.

 Responsible for $200 million sales, 2 Regional Managers, 24 sales reps. doing business in the U.S. and Canada. Responsible for Customer Service Dept which included 6 inside sales reps and supervisor. Exceeded sales and net income budgets for each year of my reponsibilty. Grew market share in largest and most profitable product line from 34 to 40% in 4 years. Provided structure and guidance to establish the dominant distributor network in the industry.

 Responsible for sales in Western and Southern U.S. and Western Canada. Responsible for 12 sales reps and regional customer service .  During this time increased sales from $38 million to $52 million in 5 years. This included a market share increase from 22 to 32% in 3 key product lines. Improved market share by changing antiquated exclusive distribution policy to a multiple distribution approach.  Key player in management team that established JM as leader in the Mechanical Insulation Industry.

 Responsible for sales of fabricated products for thermal, acoustical and mechanical applications for a $15 million company. Increased sales a minimum of 10% per year over the 3 year period.

 Opened 1st branch in New Jersey for NY based company. Set the foundation for what is now 3 branches in NJ and a strong market presence. Was profitable each year of operation.
