Currently working as a Personal Trainer and S&C Coach both online and 1:1 with some small group PT work as well. Previously working on various Projects within the Hazelbrook group such as cloud accounts, confectionery, Social Media, Graphic Design & Restaurant Management.At the age of 16 I began my career in the catering industry as general floor staff in various restaurants, and through hard graft I worked my way up. Building extensive experience with in the Food and Beverage industry, plus studying Marketing in TU Dublin I have developed a unique skill set ranging from Food & Beverage Operations Management, Social Media Management, Content Creation , Graphic Design and Business Strategy Implementation. Also starting and running my own clothing Brand has given me experience in Buying and Distribution and Building a Brand from the bottom up. All my experience has developed my skills within Accounts and the management of costs & profit maximisation.
