Air Accident Investigator from 1996 to 2004 and was the Perth Field Office Manager from 1998 to 2004 including during the transition from the Bureau of Air Safety Investigation to the Australian Transport Safety Bureau. I conducted numerous incident and accident investigations within Australia and overseas. Also drafted investigation procedures for the bureau and involved in the quality checking of reports and investigations. Mentored and trained ab initio investigators.
