• Profitable growth of Thornside revenue for affinity partners in line with Thornside plan.• Lead the day to day Relationship management activities required by certain nominated key Partners, with effective and timely response to actions required.• Liaising with and working with other Departmental heads ( e.g. MI, Compliance ,Finance , Claims etc. ) to action and respond to queries on an ad hoc basis as required.• Develop joint “business plans” with nominated affinity partners and provide monthly commentary upon results generated to enable progress to objectives to be managed.• To develop a clear and detailed understanding of the objectives and plans of each of the affinity partners to enable identification of opportunities to extend and strengthen business relationship.• To ensure that all activities associated with the affinity partnership arrangements are conducted in a manner consistent with relevant regulatory requirements.• To project manage the preparation, collation and submission of new affinity propositions, extensions to existing affinity relationships and responses to Invitations to Tender in a timely and professional fashion.• Develop appropriate and effective working relationships with all managers and staff to enable quick resolution of delivery breakdowns.

• Manage new business / existing partnership deal implementations using project management techniques ensuring that the business model delivered is as outlined in the previous tender response. Strict deadlines must be adhered to and communication should be maintained throughout with the key stakeholders. • Ensure all implementations and solutions are delivered as cost effectively as possible, use of creative solutions to drive costs down is essential.• Responsible for managing tender responses including invitation to tender summary documents, full tender responses and pitch presentations. • Recommend response strategies and business models to company Directors in line with invitation to tender insights and analysis of pre tender data.• Provide advice and solutions for improving existing Partnership deals.• Attend monthly operational committees to review partnership account performance metrics and discuss ongoing developments. • Pro actively manage partner issues and provide problem resolutions.• Provide market insight and analysis on pipeline targets.• Effectively manage partner communications and develop relationships.• Actively seek process improvements and manage roll out of new processes.• Ensure all work is compliant and adheres to internal and external governance frameworks.• Develop and build strong working relationships both with internal and external customers and suppliers.• Manage tender response teams and provide leadership and direction throughout.

• Define and regularly review key process controls and performance metrics.• Develop, review and regularly update process performance standards.• Develop and define SLA’s for Internal and external customers and suppliers • Provide insights into the causes of variation with respect to SLA’s and process standards.• Recommend process redesign and capability improvements.• Monitor the result of specific initiatives with a view to quantifying the wider impact.• Prepare resourcing plans and budgets, using historical and perfect processing standards• Monitor servicing and processing processes using a standard set of process controls that include effectiveness, service levels and efficiency metrics.• Analyse process and service level performance daily and identify variation from standard.• Provide regular feedback to centre management on performance gaps / variation and the wider opportunities for improvement.
