Position involves the preparation of annual budgets, and the development and implementation of coherent strategic and operational plans, to achieve targeted growth. Use of excellent interpersonal skills to develop staff to ensure full enhancement of their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the business. Combine the role of Product Specialist to identify and maximise opportunities for the sale of Powders and Flakes in Europe. Additional responsibilities include managing and motivating a team of customer service personnel to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsible for European sales of precious metal powders and pastes. Assumed the role of Product Specialist with the objective to develop new business in new territories. This was achieved by supporting all European sales manager’s with customer visits in various countries. Held responsibility for the activities of the French regional sales manager, mentoring and supporting personal development in relation to business objectives. Held responsibility for transfer pricing, selling prices and overall profitability.

Responsible for internal and external problem solving, cretaing technical data sheets, product quality and customer technical enquiries.
