The Global Functions of HR, CR and Legal comprises of c. 450 employees spread across 40 countries, with over 30 senior leadership stakeholders, including 3 members of the Diageo Executive Committee. My role was to accelerate delivery of our People Strategy across these three functions and the talent in-Market. Key achievements and responsibilities: - Acceleration of critical talent across HR, CR and Legal functions through creation and implementation of high-potential talent programmes, facilitating international moves at scale and other targeted development plans- Enabled a high performing and engaged business culture through creation and implementation of our people & engagement strategy for each function, including progressive inclusion & diversity 5-year plans - Ensured optimum operating models for each of the global teams across HR, CR and Legal through creation, implementation and delivery of our Organisation Effectiveness (OE) ambitions year-on-year- Created fulfilling employee experiences for our high potential and high performing talent – capitalizing on the moments that matter – annual reward cycles, talent reviews, performance calibrations Additional projects/accountabilities during this period:- Aug ‘21 – March ‘22: led organisation structure and capability transformation on ESG, to accelerate delivery of 2030 commitments across sustainability, inclusion & diversity and society impact- Leading stakeholder engagement and framing of large-scale transformation project around Diageo’s HR Knowledge Management portal - Led HR system JML continuous improvement project (July ’21 – Sept ’21) that achieved elimination of 70,000 hours low-value activity from the business - June ’20 – present: became sponsor for Global HR Diageo graduate scheme – owner of its design and development. Istanbul, Turkey

The Mey Diageo business was a recent acquisition for Diageo, bringing in the Yeni Raki brand and c. 1000 employees. The acquisition was to enable Diageo to gain control over the leading brand in that market and expand penetration for relevant Diageo propriety brands. My role was to lead on creating the cultural integration plan for the business into Diageo, from a people and culture perspective, whilst preserving the unique entrepreneurial character and identity of the business. My key achievements were achieving this integration plan, and deploying the foundational processes and programs in Turkey for the first time: - Deployed our annual talent process - Deployed Diageo Leadership Standards and talent calibration of extended leadership team - Rolled-out several capability interventions for key staff focused on (i) professional development and purpose - Adapted and simplified global Diageo policies to place them in the Turkish context

Diageo Europe accounts for c.25% of total Global Diageo, and home to the home Market and a disproportionate Global and Senior leadership population. My role was to ensure that we delivered as a total region (made up of 5 Markets), against our Organisation Effectiveness (OE) top-down savings targets on headcount, through working with the HR and Commercial Transformation Teams, while ensuring we invested in opportunity areas to continue to grow the business in a sustainable and profitable way. Purpose of the role revolved around the OE Agenda, however expanded the role to contribute to Europe’s talent agenda also: Key achievements:- Ensured over-delivery on our £20m+ savings commitment on our OE agenda. Partnered with HRDs, Commercial Transformation and Finance Teams to continuously track and measure our delivery- Project managed the planning and delivery elements of this OE agenda. Such as European-level consultation, HR/Finance ways of working & tracking, communications, HR systems, link with Global OE Centre of Excellence, link with HR Shared Services etc.- Part of Europe HR group re-designing the structure of the HR team, in line with global strategy - Led HR Data & Analytics agenda for Europe HR team- Managed Europe HR budget on behalf of Europe HRD - Managed the creation of our Multi-year Talent Plan (MYTP) for Diageo Europe – building of our near-and medium-term people strategy- Deployed Situational Leadership line manager training in London and Hamburg in service of our coaching agenda

As part of the Diageo HR graduate scheme, I undertook a year placement in St James’s Gate – the home of Guinness. In this role I supported the team through their organisation effectiveness deployment and Reward transformation while leading on the site-wide engagement agenda and creation of the Market’s first Net Revenue Management team. Key achievements:- Coordinated the overall OE Productivity programme in Market. Supported the business in announcing, implementing and tracking their fiscal OE Productivity changes, delivering over £1m overhead savings in fiscal. Developed a reporting and tracking tool to ensure full plan delivery for use with Commercial leaders- Partnered with Finance function to design, implement and resource for new Northern Ireland Net Revenue Management function, setting business up priority business area targeted at delivering £20m in price/mix gain over a 3-year period- Executed the Job Evaluation phase of Ireland’s Total Reward Framework review for Europe and Global Functions – evaluating and sizing 75 roles across the Diageo Ireland business with union and business representatives - Re-invigorated Diageo Ireland’s engagement agenda

In preparation for the global launch of our Productivity Agenda across fives workstreams, I supported the Global OE Team on development of Market & Functional blueprints that informed the target size of our business across a number of financial and people metrics over a 3-year period. Key achievements: - Development of Market and Functional blueprints internal and external benchmarking and activity analysis, working closely with Global Functional leaders and McKinsey. These functional blueprints ensured that Diageo Markets were set up to contribute towards combined OE related savings of £250m+ across three fiscal years - Supported in the project management of the OE Productivity agenda, including being the point of contact for HR Directors globally for questions on newly launched OE annual process and related systems to assist organisation design- Owned and built organisational capability on our org design online tool- Supported Global OE Directors and HR Directors / Business Partners designing future organisation structures

Main responsibilities:- Operate and lead safe and enjoyable worldwide trek & bike challenges, where participants are often raising money for a chosen charity. - Continually risk assess trips to ensure the safety of subsequent trips. - Liaise with charity representatives, making sure any ad hoc desires are fulfilled. - Provide hands-on qualified First Aid as and when necessary - Be an enthusiastic member of the operating team, fulfilling any roles necessary when in an assistant leader role.

Main responsibilities: - Hotel and tour reservations with suppliers across South America- Collating information documents for clients illustrating travel details, itineraries and suggestions- Helping operate holidays and performing trouble shooting roles ensuring they ran smoothly- Supplier liaison on prices- Pricing and researching holidays- Itinerary consultation - Liaising with PR, researching, describing and pricing potential PR initiatives & stories- Working on Dehouche's social media initiativesSpanish and Portuguese used daily.

Main responsibilities: - Blogging, writing and translating news articles for the websites of both Dos Manos and Amauta Spanish School, their sister company. - Develop promotional material, including videos and brochures for both potential customers and foreign agents.- Liaise with both providers and guides, giving customer briefings before trip departure.Additional responsibilities: - Became a key component in the Sales team for the Travel Operator, selling a high number of Cusco and Peruvian based excursions.
