I have 35 years of experience in the automotive industry that ranges from autobody repair to managing inside total loss claims. I have gone from auto body repair technician to painter then managing ultimately leading to co-owning a successful repair shop in Fayetteville NC. In 2005 I stretched my horizons in the world of daily claims; Co-owner of P.S appraisal services, starting with daily auto claims appraisals which lead to managing NC and SC for Doan and company. In 2006 I began my adventure in the world of catastrophe claims; starting with hail adjusting and managing a few Pdr companies, outside adjusting for Pilot Catastrophe Service auto and flood that lead into inside claims adjusting total loss, training then managing total loss zones. What an exciting journey it has been learning so much about the field of adjusting. I can't wait to see what comes my way next!
