FOSTERing Literacy provides new and socially relevant books to Foster Children at no cost to their caregivers. This outreach positively impacts the educational outcomes, emotional well-being, and mental health for the children supported by the organization. Currently supporting over 180 families and over 400 Foster Children across the United States.

Develops 135 cadets in all grades (freshmen to seniors) in leadership in preparation for service in the United States Army. Additionally serves as the Head Men's Crew Coach.

Earned a Masters Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology. Studies focused on organizational change initiatives, strategic thinking and design, adult learning, and organizational development. Consulted to two companies to solve strategic problems while at Columbia: in tech, and in charter education.

- Planned, coordinated, resourced, and supervised the first multi-echelon training on Fort Hood for a Battalion sized element that included virtual/live/constructive simulation in training.- Developed a Brigade Training Seminar for a 7,000 Soldier Brigade- Managed a staff of 15 individuals; syncronized planning efforts across the organization.- Senior Team lead on the building of the North Fort Hood Controlled Monitoring Site; coordinated with medical experts, department of public works, local civilian leaders, and many other organizations to establish the site built to house 200 individuals in under 7 days.

- Responsible for the tactical employment and maintnence equipment and weapon systems valued in excess of $1,500,000- Over 800 rounds fired, and the platoon was identified as having the fastest response time in the province.
