CurrentChief, Expeditionary Readiness Division. Responsible for daily oversight of DIA global force management, development and implementation of the DIA Expeditionary Readiness and Deployment Program and oversight of screening, training and qualification/certification of over three hundred DIA deployment requirements in support of US military contingency operations in declared combat zones. Lead a division of officers who provide 24-hour accountability for the DIA expeditionary workforce. Manage execution of the $2.7M overseas contingency operations deployment budget to ensure funds are properly allocated and expensed through a monthly resource validation process. Develop daily deployment statistics for review by the DR, DIA; sustain an average of over 95% fill rate for all DIA deployment billets. Oversee redeployment and reintegration for 100% of DIA deployers to ensure timely disbursement and receipt of all incentives and benefits. Collaborate with intelligence community (IC) combat support agency partners on expeditionary programs to share best practices and improve deployment processes. Deployed as the Chief, DIA Support Office - Afghanistan (DSO-A), where I served as the senior DIA representative to Bagram Airfield and supervised all mission support activities in country, including human resources, logistics (property accountability, warehousing, intra-theater travel). security and facility engineering
