I provide support to 3 Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and over 150 General Practice surgeries within Primary Care ranging from PC & printer hardware and software support to server, network and telecoms including Active Directory/Group Policy, VPN and VoIP. Part of my roll includes technical management of ongoing projects from Windows 7 rollouts to IP Range Migrations. I provide IT support up to Director level for internal staff and colleagues within the various CCGs.
