Mark Perkins is a member of the firm’s Industrial and Energy and Natural Resources Sectors, where he focuses on work within the Operations & Supply Chain Officers Practice. With more than a decade of specialized executive search experience, he works closely with industry clients to address leadership challenges and recruit top international talent. Mark has particular expertise in executing C-suite and senior executive searches in both the upstream and downstream sectors, including exploration and production, oilfield services, energy construction, midstream, petrochemicals, upgrading/refining, and EPC projects.Mark joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another leading global search firm, where he spent eight years in the Global Energy and Industrial practice. In this role, he focused on recruiting senior and C-suite level positions for a broad range of both public and private clients across the energy sector. Mark began his search career at another international firm, where he worked on recruitment projects covering a variety of sectors. In addition to his industrial and natural resources experience, Mark has worked on numerous assignments in the healthcare / pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, power & utilities, and private equity sectors.Mark holds a BA in history, with honors, from Arizona State University.
