• Led the strategic partnership of three national organisations in the delivery of an award winning national pilot programme on the inclusion of young people with learning disabilities at risk of offending in their services.• Delivered a project plan to develop positive activities for young people and raise awareness of the difficulties they face with professionals who work with them.• Designed a suite of participation guides and workshops for professionals to increase the participation of young people as a legacy of the project.• Expertly managed the programme within the constraints of a £5m budget. Successfully negotiating and securing a £130,000 underspend for a 6 months extension of the project to include legacy building across the country.• Maximised the legacy of the Raising Your Game programme through organising an end of project event attended by over 150 MPs, Peers and industry professionals. Further spearheading a digital media campaign increasing traffic to the programme website by1100%.• Successfully secured £200k from National Offender Management Service to deliver a partnership project to improve practice tools, models and pathways for offenders with learning disabilities and communications.• Leading on the development and delivery of accessible practice tools for offenders with learning disabilities and communication difficulties e.g. developing a victim empathy course specifically for offenders with empathy deficit.• Consulted on all criminal justice matters on behalf of the organisation including responding to both phases of Joint Inspectorate of the treatment of offenders with learning disabilities within the criminal justice system. Additionally representing the organisation at meetings with the Ministry of Justice, Home Office and in parliamentary meetings.

• Successfully reduced a £750k deficit budget through the development of a targeted and full cost recovery fundraising strategy and service restructure. • Developed and designed monitoring systems that encompassed a service wide holistic approach reporting on internal and external project and performance targets.• Devised a service plan encompassing all elements (advocacy, advice, family mediation, schools work project, volunteering, external events, employment) of a multi-project service. • Managed a team of 5 Managers to achieve all targets of contracted services and grants funded projects.• Devised long term goals to improve service delivery to industry standards in working to attain the Matrix Quality Standard for Information Advice and Guidance Services.

• Successfully managed the demands of a department that comprised of 24 hour register care homes, a domiciliary care agency, a respite unit and a challenging behaviour project. This was achieved through robust planning and regular supervisions for managers. • Acted as ‘Person in Control’ for registered care homes, where all homes and services were safe and delivered to Care Quality Commission standards.• Effectively managed a £3.25m budget through ensuring tight budgetary monitoring and reporting procedures in each person’s services/house.• Achieved all contractual requirements through implementing robust monitoring and reporting systems linked to outcomes and impacts whilst remaining person centred.
