I have a proven track record of increasing operational efficiency and increasing profitability through robust service delivery and best practice project management processes. I foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust and ensuring that every team member is empowered to contribute their best.My experience comprises time delivering projects on-site through to client-side consultancies and this has assisted my ability to visualise a project from all sides, understanding client needs and thinking like a client to achieve quality outcomes. I am structured in my approach to the governance and assurance of a project. My background in methodologies such as the PMBOK and PRINCE2 mean that projects are managed using best practice standards. I have worked on projects across a range of sectors including transport infrastructure, health, education, residential and commercial property up to the value of $600M+ AUD. My goal is not only to lead successful projects, but to contribute to the evolution of project management methodologies.
