As Production Supervisor my production line had the most efficient production output, lowest waste and highest quality standards compared to other production lines across a 3 shift operation. As Production Manager my production shift continued to show the same excellence standards compared to other shifts. My method of managing and directing included principles of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. I created and maintained a productive working atmoshpere for my employees, allowing each person to be creative and feel part of the decision making process. I take great pride in my work and have reasonable work standards for my employees. Communication and the ability to listen to others effectively are key contributors to my past sucess. I was promoted 3 times in the tobacco industry due to proven methods of reaching needed goals for the company. My goal is to find a company that sees my experience and vision as an asset for their business growth.
