I install and maintain network infrastructure and telecommunications infrastructure. Regular duties include configuring and maintaining Cisco routers and switches and handling various break/fix situations. Manage and maintain the data lines and MPLS circuits to over 500 locations along with network infrastructure, SDWan devices and Meraki wireless. Manage and configure ShoreTel/Mitel and Vonage VoIP phone systems in over 550 locations and work extensively with our wireless and managed tablet program. Setup and configure tablets for commercial drivers so they can maintain electronic logs and receive load updates using Airwatch MDM solution.
