 Works with National Industries for the Blind and it’s members to sell and distribute Envision Industries, Inc. full product line. Manages the distribution channel, which include Office Products, Industrial, and Jan/San, for Envision Industries, Inc. commercial brand STOUT. Assisted in the hiring, interviewing, and training of manufacturer representatives groups. Created and made presentations to major wholesale and reseller in office products, industrial and jan/san companies. Developed relationships within each channel to foster the mission of employment for the blind. Fostered relationships with United Stationers/Lagasse to increase our distribution through e-commerce based companies such as Costco, Amazon, shoplet.com, and Sears. Provided emphasis and ideas on new product development. Increased sales by 40% each year to $3.2 million in FY2013. Traveled 70%+ to provide training and support to all of our partners.

 Develop Sales and Marketing plan for Wichita Metro Area. Manage both local and national accounts. Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising each employee in my territory. Contract and facilitate offsite corporate employment. Manage budgets for existing jobs to maintain profitabitability of accounts. Was a representative for Wichita Chamber of Commerce, Sedgwick County Chamber, and Professional Referral Club

 Generated sales of security, fire, access control and CCTV systems through prospecting of local commercial accounts in facilities that are 25,000 square feet or larger. Managed national accounts, such as Bank of America and INFONXX, to facilitate new sales and customer service issues. Maintained 100% quota on the local sales basis with sales over $300,000 each year and 125% to plan on the national account side. Attended numerous seminars on customer service, sales and training classes.
