As Regional President for a leading title company, my focus was on creating cohesive and unified teams spanning 6 offices, fostering innovation to drive comprehensive organizational change, and providing executive-level vision to impact performance across sales to service. By combining team-centric leadership with industry expertise, I was instrumental in generating 300% gains in total annual revenues since 2017 and developing the operational frameworks necessary to scale offices with exponential increases in client volume.
