Project Engineering works in the Food Industry, particularly Frozen Meals, Noodles and Frozen Pizza.• Major focus on projects delivering process efficiency, speed and output improvements to reduce costs and enhance the competitiveness of our products• Design, manufacture and installation of various automated process equipment encompassing high levels of efficiency, safety, operability and hygienic design.• Involvement from initial concept development and budget preparation, design, construction and testing, through to final commissioning of all projects as well as Compilation of financial reports for Management/Head Office

Lead Engineer for the Maintenance team at Pakenham Factory.Responsibility for the site maintenance team (mechanical and electrical trades) across 3 shifts.

Various Projects related to Starch Moulded Confectionery Manufacture including:• major upgrades to the Packaging and Palletising areas of the plant with a total expenditure of approx $4 Million• Project Leader for the closure of an overseas factory and the integration of the new products into the Broadford Plant. Involving approximately $2 Million Capital expenditure on equipment, as well as co-ordinating other aspects of the transfer such as Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain and the Recruitment and Training of employees
