• Involvement from initial concept development and budget preparation, design, construction and testing, through to final commissioning of all projects as well as Compilation of financial reports for Management/Head Office

Pakenham Victoria

Lead Engineer for the Maintenance team at Pakenham Factory.Responsibility for the site maintenance team (mechanical and electrical trades) across 3 shifts.

Broadford Victoria

• Various Projects related to Starch Moulded Confectionery Manufacture including:
• major upgrades to the Packaging and Palletising areas of the plant with a total expenditure of approx $4 Million
• Project Leader for the closure of an overseas factory and the integration of the new products into the Broadford Plant. Involving approximately $2 Million Capital expenditure on equipment, as well as co-ordinating.
