As the Director of TMP Rail and Civil Engineering, I oversee the delivery of high-quality railway and civil engineering projects for clients across the UK. I have more than 15 years of experience in the industry, working on some of the biggest and most challenging projects, such as the Crossrail, HS2, and Thameslink programmes.My core competencies include railway engineering, civil engineering, project management, monitoring and surveying, and team leadership. I have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. I am passionate about developing and empowering my team, as well as building long-term relationships with clients and partners. My mission is to continue to grow and innovate TMP Rail and Civil Engineering, and to contribute to the development and improvement of the UK's railway and infrastructure.
