Digital Business Partner
CurrentPart of the Digital Business Team within Digital Services (prev. ICT Services), whose role is to implement a clear IT business planning and delivery culture throughout the organisation, ensuring good practice and value for money in the design, procurement, and implementation of IT developments.Developing Business solutions in line with core business processes, responsible for supporting managers across the Trust in the development of solutions contributing to Business Cases and Service Investment Proposals (SIPs).Account Manager to the Clinical Support Division.Supporting all aspects of IT Service Delivery, inc:✔ Management of Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)✔ Management of Additional Service Requests (ASRs)✔ Management of the Digital Services Portfolio and Services Catalogue✔ Assisting the development of SIPs and ASRs✔ Providing impact analysis where IT requirements change or new processes are introduced✔ Assessing the impact of changes to data capture or Information provision, providing guidance regarding changes to working practice✔ Working with managers and other healthcare professionals to understand their business needs and IT requirements using recognised Change Methodologies✔ Accountable for providing advice regarding the Department of Health data standards and definitions✔ Accountable for the translation of complex national Information mandates into local terminology✔ Leading teams in the piloting of IT changes and developments providing 'proof of concept'✔ Contribute to the development of the Digital Services Annual Plan and Cost Improvement Strategies✔ Advise managers of the internal charging mechanism to enable Digital Services to ensure new and ongoing work is appropriately costed and charged✔ Manage the IT requirements for community services✔ Support the achievement and reporting of local and national targets✔ Recommend how the service can be further improved and supported✔ Deputise for the Head of Digital Partnerships
