I learned how to coduct the iitial interview with the family of the deceased and to elicit as much of the information I would need to effectively run the estate. I learned how to complete the required statutory documentation to report the Estate to the High Court to obtain Letters of Executorship, Grant of Probate. I attended to the full administration of the estate. I learned how to give practical effect to clauses contained in Will's,how to balance bank statements, to work with auctioneers and appraisers, conveyancers to transfer fixed properties, how to do the distribution of the trust monies to the beneficiaries in accordance with the proportions contained in the Will,and to receiving the High Courts declaration that the deceased estate has been filed of recoord/settled correctly under the Act and Regulations.
